那一間有賣司康的咖啡店

SOALSO,原名「壹玖木巷」,這個名稱取自店址「11巷19號」,雖然可以延續現有客群的熟悉感,但是在拓展新客時,品牌核心價值與名稱的連結性不高,形象傳遞容易出現斷層;這次我們專案團隊歸納了品牌知覺定位圖,將顧客們在 SOALSO 體驗到的獨特氛圍一一收攏,具象化為「棉花般的觸覺」、「草地搖曳的聽覺」、「熱牛奶的味覺」等元素,作為品牌命名發想的基礎。

捕捉最初心頭浮現的語句「SO ALSO(也是如此)」,呼應兩位負責人一路走來的心路歷程。最初,壹玖木巷從咖啡起家,一再精粹的咖啡技藝,讓咖啡的獨特風味能被完整保留;老客戶往往一喝咖啡,就知道今天的咖啡來自哪家豆商。後來,他們為了推出搭配咖啡的甜點,開始學做司康,沒想到司康大受歡迎,壹玖木巷就此成了「被咖啡耽誤的司康專賣店」。

The Café That Sells Scones

SO ALSO, originally named "19 Wood Alley Cafe", derived from the store address "No. 19, Lane. 11", while it can maintain familiarity with existing customers,  the connection between the brand's core values and the name is not strong when expanding to new customers, leading to a disjointed brand image transmission. This time, our project team has summarized the perceptual positioning map, gathering the unique atmosphere experienced by customers in SOALSO one by one, concretizing elements such as "cotton-like touch", "rustling sound of grass", "warm milk flavor", etc., as the basis for brand naming inspiration.

Capturing the phrase "SO ALSO" that initially came to mind, echoing the journey of the two founders. Initially, 19 Wood Alley Cafe started with coffee, refining their coffee craftsmanship repeatedly to preserve the unique flavor of coffee entirely; loyal customers often recognize which coffee comes from which bean supplier with just a sip. Later, in order to introduce desserts to accompany coffee, they began to learn to make scones, unexpectedly, scones became extremely popular, and 19 Wood Alley Cafe thus became known as the "scone specialty shop delayed by coffee".
